Participation in NFT holders-only communities

【 Procedures for exercising rights 】

・By owning an NFT, the holder can participate in all projects taking place in 〚INSARIBU〛.

・Holders are required to apply for activation when they have NFTs in order to participate in the project and exercise the rights attached to the NFTs. Therefore, after obtaining an NFT, please fill in and submit the required information in the Active Application Form.

※ Why an active application is required:

In the case of INSARIBU, the holder and KOSK Produce Pte Ltd. do not have an outsourcing agreement, but a right is attached to the NFT, and the holder holding the NFT "receives information. Exercise rights. Exercise the right to "Receive rewards, bonuses, gifts, etc." on the condition that the holder of the NFT can exercise or acquire the right in his/her own account.

※ When an active application is required：

If you purchased an NFT at a private sale or marketplace, or if an NFT was transferred to you by a friend or acquaintance, etc., you will need to apply for activation at the time you acquired the NFT.

【 Outsourcing the purchase and sale of marine products 】

In principle, the purchase and sale of marine products are carried out by the holder, who determines the quantity on a case-by-case basis and requests KOSK Produce Pte Ltd. to act as his/her agent.
